I went here the other day and I must say the customer service wasn’t all that great. The guy at the window took my payment and I was asking him something and he kept cutting me off to tell me to pull around to the other side. Which I couldn’t understand why I needed to pull around. Needless to say I waited well over 20 minutes when people behind me was getting their food. Food was ready on time and was fresh
Online order for 9 pieces, mashed potatoes, and an apple pie. Requested 4 wings, 4 thighs, 1 drumstick. I got 2 wings, 2 drumsticks, 2 thighs, and 3 pieces that came from some unknown location on the bird. Had to wait 6 minutes for the pie to cook. They brought the order out and it was missing the pie. My fault for not checking it there before leaving, but it was so simple it's hard to justify so many errors.
