US Wings & Deli- Greenwood

I used to love this place and visit at least 2-3x a week. The food is normally good. The service is terrible and the bigger Hispanic girl with the blonde streaks in her hair is very rude and nasty! She always has an attitude and act as if she can’t hear. She has messed my order up more than once and always gives me attitude and speaks as if I’m not listening to her conversation she’s having regarding customers. The owner is nice but he needs to do something about his employees! Shanna a former employee was nice and knew exactly what I ordered and always had great customer service. I will not be back any time soon. I spend a lot of money here to be treated very nasty!

When I called an hour before they closed to place a pick up order they said they were closed. I called at 10 but google says they close at 11. How are you closed but answering the phone.

Went to get my usual on 10/02 and the cashier and cook wouldn’t stop playing around and take my order when they finally took the order it was wrong so it made my wait even longer. Fries were cold the second time they made my order so I was very upset I don’t have power to reheat them. Manager tried to fix the issue but the employees are ridiculous and lazy and the drink machine was dirty too

I was so disappointed at the wings because I get them here all the time. I ordered tonight and it was such a mess up my order was just all mistakes I need the owner to reach out to me because that young man with a mustache is the cook right? I asked him and he rolled his eyes and left after slamming my plates on the counter. The cashier just laughed. With this storm we don’t need to be rude.

9:05 pm I called to place an order and the young lady who answered the phone was so rude, saying we are not accepting call in orders and hung up the phone. When I arrived at 9:25 to order rice the same lady says, ohh we already shut the grill down. Goodness you shut the grill down more than 30 minutes before closing time??? You might as well close at 9:30. Poor poor service.

I usually get the wing combo which is amazing but this time I wanted to try something different. The gyro was OK the meat was tender and flavorful but I wish they put a lil more in the sandwich. As you can see if the picture they give you more lettuce than anything else. The girl that served me a the counter was very plain like she didn't care to be there which I can understand she wasn't rude though.

i went the other day and this white girl was very rude and nasty towards me and complaining my mom didn’t speak good english and making faces at her??‍♀️. i’ve seen her do it to other hispanics too. wth is her problem. then the cooks got my order wrong and burned the food. there used to be another white girl there that was much better and kinder, plz hire others like her??

Food has been a hit or miss for a couple of months now. The cooks used to have that Philly looking nice and now they look like they make them hours before and microwave them. I think they hired new people because the wings are always so hard now and that Lemon pepper is too salty. The sauce is so light now which isn’t bad but come on I shouldn’t have the cashier roll her eyes for it to be fixed. Guys if you’re gonna go eat check to see if the Hispanics are there then you know the food will be made to your liking and the drink machine will be clean because I went out on a limb and went Sunday night and the drink machine looked all sticky and disorganized, the floor was also a hazard and the cashier looked unpleasant and was rude.

If you use a card here, watch out because my card was charged and extra $5 from what I paid for my order after I left. The manager was supposed to get back with me and I haven't heard anything from them.
