Being partially death gave me time to order and made sure to have eye contact while talking to make sure I could understand what he was saying. Excellent service. “I cut by at least twice a week. My granddaughter can go twice a day!
I usually will order the pretzel twist. Lately it has been lacking. Seems if I request extra salt, it's usually less than even should be. Not sure what changed. But it sure has.“

“I am a regular at Buscuitville in Hartsville SC as I work down the street from this location. I have been in sales and customer service now for 44 years so I know great customer service when I see it. There is a girl that works at Buscuitville by the name of TK she is without a doubt one of the main reasons I eat at BISCUITVILLE 5 to 6 times a week. She is simply a constant professional and really should train those around her how to be as good as her. Reason for saying that I went there one day when TK was off obviously and it was a total different ordering and delivery of my normal order of which is the same daily. TK is a customer service queen in my assessment BISCUITVILLE needs to hold on to her as she is so warm and friendly daily.“

“Just don't eat here. They couldn't get an order right if you paid them...oop. This time I didn't get a receipt I'll have to publicly list the shift that just gave me the wrong order, again, and didn't even thank me for my visit. Window shut in my face during night shift around 10 pm Sat Dec 13th.“

“This is the Best Subway in Hartsville. They actually made mine and my husband's orders correctly (like, actually read the ticket) and politely greeted me when I picked up our online order. The other two just either look at you like you have two heads when you say hi to them (Walmart) or they make whatever they want and give it to you because they don't bother actually reading the order (Bobo Newsome). That's just my experience. I can't speak on anyone else's behalf.“

“I had a horrible experience at the deli/hot food bar inside of Walmart. I was running short on time. I decide to stop at the Subway. The service was quick! The young jovial sandwich maker provided awesome customer service and my sandwich was amazing! I truly enjoyed my experience, healthier options, and accuracy of my request!“

“The Works” Pizza lacked pepperoni and had a only a few shards of Canadian bacon. More black olives than anything else insofar as toppings. Bleh.

We abhor a thin crust and not only was this thin but soggy as well. We NEVER order thin, but Original and we definitely like it firm… you know… like a crust!

Results like this is why we stopped ordering years ago but recently came back (after new owner?) a month or so ago. This had to have been a managerial oversight or a cook not properly trained.“
