“We went through the drive through and young lady named Reagan took our order and handled our orders. We are large family which ends up being a large order and I try to avoid take out at short notice because most chains I've been to get annoyed and frustrated about cooking 7 combo meals. Cook out has been literally the only place I feel welcomed to come order from AND they NEVER get my meals wrong. Reagan was the best part! She was super kind and pleasant that it's almost not normal to see in customer service now days. I managed at many companies in my time and she should be a store manager!!!
