I am one of those people who finds that they are inevitably disappointed by restaurants after 2-3 visits. This is not the case with E-Tang. It is consistently excellent. I either order takeout or eat in the restaurant at least once a week. The service is always prompt and the servers are courteous. I am so happy to have this restaurant on the island.

We are locals and were happy to have such a good experience at E-Tang. This unique establishment is casual, nice and they have a huge, unique and authentic menu. The food was tasty and best of all Lobsang Pemu was a breath of fresh air! She served us with a beautiful smile, knowledge, attentiveness and excellence. Can't say enough about her, especially. We'll definitely be back! Thanks E-Tang team, Diane & Billy

Enjoyed delicious early dinner which included pork egg roll, soup dumplings, salt and pepper shrimp and shredded pork. All were delicious but my favorite was the salt and pepper shrimp. The restaurant was practically empty when we arrived but as we were there several people came in for take out. The restaurant was quiet , and clean Hostess was pleasant and knowledgeable.
