Great spot! Something on the menu for everyone. Wonderful service and the food was great. We will definitely be back!
I had the sausage broccoli Rabe at the Bluffton Frankie's and loved it but we went to the HH one Fri night before the ballet. It was awful. The broccoli was hard and bitter and noodles mushy and stuck together. Hardly any sauce. I like the overall feel of the HH one better tho but very disappointed in the food. My daughter liked her meal.
Went for the early birds. Chicken Parm was excellent, as was the prime rib. Soup it salad and drink included. What s deal. Have never had a bad meal here. Service was excellent!
The appetizers were very good. (Meatballs, stuffed mushrooms, very good. Calamari was ok). The ribeye was not good. Three out of four were tough, difficult to cut and chew, so we sent most of it back. We sat outside. Not a good experience. I recommend always sitting inside. Service was good. Kyle was helpful and attentive.
We enjoyed our early dinner at Frankie Bones on Hilton Head Island. We reserved an early dinner and the service and food were excellent. The first course salad was delightful, breaking from the ordinary house salad with artichokes, chick peas and red peppers over greens. Our entrees were tasty and satisfying and we decided to share a piece of their fabulous key llme pie for dessert. We highly recommend this restaurant when spending time on Hilton Head Island!
Disappointing experience here. Our waiter was not very attentive and there were delays in our service. At one point, we asked another staff member to find him. The sliders we ordered were delicious as well as the strawberry walnut salads. However, our side Caesar salad had browned lettuce the was less than fresh and our club sandwich had a dry croissant. We have eaten here many times and this was a noticeable decline in food quality and service.
I have been to FB many times and enjoyed it however Sunday brunch was below par. The service was terrible. The server was overwhelmed due to being understaffed. The food was barely warm and one order had to be sent back because the omelet was wrong. We were there for over 2 hours for brunch. Not good FB
We were a party of six and everyone said their meal was terrific. Our server was very professional and charming. We could not have had a better experience.
Another great evening at Frankie Bones. Whenever we visit Hilton Head, this restaurant is a place we must go to. Service, food and ambiance is great. We were lucky that the Octoberfest menu was still available.
We went for Oktoberfest dinner, which we have done for the past 3 years. The quality of our dinner was subpar. Very disappointing unfortunately

Food and service were wonderful. We will definitely add this to our list of restaurants to revisit.
The food was phenomenal. Service was excellent. Everything was so good that we're actually going back for another experience tonight.
We were disappointed when the food arrived "cool"....everyone had the same reaction. We dine at Frankie Bones regularly and this is the norm.
Overall, my group enjoyed our experience. We shared some apps, a few bottles of wine and ordered some entrees. Wine was great and our server was wonderful. Most of the food was good but the calamari could use a little more crunch and variety (just rings), and one of the filets was supposed to be medium and was nearly raw in the middle. We did send it back to go back on where it appeared to get another minute sear but was still rare on the rare side.
Everything is good, the food, service, ambiance > but have a limited "good" wine selection (Cabernet Sauvignon)
