Our favorite restaurant on HHI. The Schnitzel is the best outside of Germany. We brought guests and they loved it. Our server was great and very personable. You keep us coming back.

Great atmosphere, great food, and with great service.....no more can be asked of this class joint. Dean would have loved the bar, and Frank.....hey.....the world was his oyster anyway. Worthwhile to visit.

When we arrived at 6:00 we were told that our “table was not ready yet, it would be a few minutes”, ok fine. Then a 6:15 reservation came in and were seated right away, after that a party of 5 with no reservations came and was seated! The same women that checked us in then asked if she could help us, I told her again my name and that we had a reservation. We were finally seated. I could understand if there were no tables available, however that was not the case.

Server Karen was fine but not realistic. Too happy. Food was just ok. My prime rib ordered medium came medium well. Wife's filet ordered medium had too much char so some of it was medium and some well done. Meatballs appetizer was very good. Strawberry shortcake was a joke. Pound cake had a almost burned outer crust on it.

This will forever be our date spot ! The environment is so relaxing and beautiful, servers are ALWAYS on point with great attitudes , menu knowledge and attentiveness. Food is phenomenal with prices validated by portion size and taste. Came in last night nearing close back near the boardroom , I enjoyed the lobster Mac so much i couldn’t bare to give the plate back without finishing as much as I could. The crème brûlée was to die for , so smooth and subtly sweet, rib eye super juicy and perfectly temped. I wish I remember our servers name cause she was wonderful ! Will be back next month !

The Parlay combo is a great menu offering. Combine a half sandwich with a side or choice entree with a side. The half sandwich is plenty of food. And the chicken noodle soup is fantastic!!! Lots of daily specials. The dining area and bar is clean amd comfortable.

My husband and I have been more than half a dozen times and always had a great experience. I was in this evening on my own. David was my server. I waited a long time to be initially served while he took care of other tables, as other new patrons sat in his section, they were served immediately. I watched him check in on everyone’s meal around me but never checked on mine. The only communication I received was upon finishing my meal when he looked for upsell opportunities, more wine? Dessert? I had to ask for a take out container after I sat with my dirty plate in front of me. Clearly David is not a fan of singles being sat in his section, especially when I references the 20% off promo since he grunted and rolled his eyes. No more lunches or anything at Frankie bones. I was a server too, this was just bad form.

We had no expectations just that the menu was intriguing. Lucky to get to restaurant for early dining. We were a party of five. The variety made all happy. Andrea was a great server as restaurant got very busy.
Frankie Bones exceeded all of our expectations. Food was superb, ambiance was excellent and the service was beyond comparison. Julie went above and beyond to make our visit extra special.
It was so good, we canceled reservations at another restaurant so we can come back tomorrow night and try another delicious dish.
Highly recommend this establishment if you are in Hilton Head. Request Julie as your server. She is the best!!

My veal pacatta was so salty I could not eat it , opted for servers recommendation of there Mac & cheese it was like soup and had rehydrated bacon bits , horrible Not sure what's going on here we are local and have eaten here a couple times a year Server was offended when I didn't eat the Mac & cheese he recommended Maybe they've changed chefs , not sure but won't be going back , waste of my hard earned $$$$
