We had a lovely luncheon at Frankie Bones. The food, service, and ambience were great as always! Our server, Julie, did a great job.

I am celiac and felt the waiter was very disrespectful and dismissive of my food order. He forgot my appetizer and then brought me one he “found,” and it had the sauce I had asked for on the side on top of it. I told him No, thank you. I would wait for my original order. Then he proceeded to say in front of my husband and our out-of-town guest what was IN the sauce, and it was gluten-free. Again, I confirmed it was not what I could eat, and I would stick with the original order of that not being on top of my appetizer. When my salad came, he rudely said, " Here is your do-it-yourself wedged salad. This is about me asking for the toppings to all be on the side. You see, I can't just have them all mixed together due to my severe allergies, not just being celiac. That way, as I eat slowly and add one to eat at a time, I can minimize my reactions if there were to be one. It is a struggle to eat out. Yes, that is my choice. However, it is NOT the wait staff who should be dismissive and condescending to someone who has life-threatening issues with the food that is being served.

A little muggy inside the restaurant. Food was incredible. Service was good. One of the sides we ordered never came. Overall I would say it was a tremendous value. The portion sizes were insane and the food was really well cooked.

There's a reason this restaurant is named “The FABULOUS Frankie Bones!” Amazing food, excellent service, relaxing vibe... it has been my favorite place on HHI for many years. ❤️

Service was extremely slow. Took 30 minutes to get drinks (water). Perhaps understaffed? Food was average.

Jennifer, our server was exceptional. Attended to all requests. The issue is with FBs outdoor seating. The restaurant offers outdoor covered seating that attracts flies and mosquitoes beyond belief. We, and other diners had to return our bread portions which were infiltrated by flies. Our water was also, and Jennifer did her level best to replace as quickly as possible. You can imagine what dining was like. When it started raining, plastic walls were pulled down protecting the diners. However the restaurant was not prepared to address the resulting heat and humidity that resulted. Diners had to requested that some of the plastic walls be retracted to offer some air flow which FB accommodated. Question is why hasn't FB thought through our experiences and solved for a significantly better dining experience? Having eaten at FB annually for the past 20 years we found this experience very disconcerting and not the level expected of such a dining institution.

As usual, Frankie Bones was a great experience. Excellent cocktails, great steaks and attentive service. We make a point to go every year when we're on vacation. It never disappoints!

Food was phenomenal! Loved everything we had. tried the chocolate ribs-very interesting and tasty! The brisket is absolutely to die for and not to be missed. Big kudos to our server-they were very short staffed, and she hustled like crazy to make sure everyone was taken care of.
Great place for an easygoing birthday celebration. Great variety in the menu, server was very responsive and made it fun. The music level was just a little loud for older folks, but we had a great time and will plan to return.

We got there fairly early (5:30) and service started out great. Then our order wasn't quite right (we asked for broccoli instead of asparagus and got a double order of asparagus and no potatoes). That was quickly corrected. We waited 45 minutes to get our check and pay and had a show to go to so we were getting very close to being late. The Serg local card discount wasn't applied but had no time to discuss - we had to run!

I bought Serg strong neighborhood and I know I said I wanted to sit inside Frankie Bones and when I got there I had to sit outside. I wasn't happy and ended up on high top tables in bar. I will make sure I said inside the next time.
