After flying into Savannah on a Saturday, and getting checked in at our resort in Hilton Head, my wife and I came for dinner. We made a reservation on opentable, and the hostess called to let us know that even though we had a later reservation, they had plenty of seating and that we could arrive earlier if we wanted. I had the Southern Salad and was blown away with the flavor! My wife had the Tuscan Chicken Pasta, and an order of the fried green tomatoes. We ended up coming back...
Love Jane's. The serving sizes are plentiful, taste is excellent and presentation is appealing. Eat here often and have not been disappointed. Recommend you make reservations but occasionally you you. An just walk in.
Our waiter Tushan was earnest & attentive! So much of the food is clearly made from scratch. The beef stroganoff was different than any I have ever had because the beef was not hidden or buried in a cream sauce and the flavors just really shined. Despite being full Tushan convinced us the coconut cake was terrific and we could bring it home if we didn't finish which is exactly what happened. Delightful experience! Will return!
