“My husband and I have had the worst experience's while ordering from this location. We both feel very targeted and it's very obvious. There are flies always on the inside of the store on the different surfaces. The rating is a 97.0. The manager and another employee have been the main two making us feel like we are not welcomed in the store. They go so far as to talk about us very obviously when we're in the store. The customer service from those two is the worst I've had. I've been to other stores around the city and I've not had those problems. It's a shame that paying for items that are not inexpensive comes with uncleanliness, targeting, lack of customer service, and rudeness from employees including the manager. I can gladly spend my money somewhere I'm treated right since I go basically everyday.

Since the negative things that happened in the past in the past review, I have nothing but positivity about every aspect of this location. I'm there very often during the week, and I can honestly say that they go above and beyond to assist customer's needs, provide a clean welcoming atmosphere, and they make sure orders are correct. All while going above and beyond the call of duty. I look forward to going now, and I never leave without smiles and satisfaction. Special kudos to Beth, Lacey, and Zack and all the staff.“

“I was recently in the area on a business trip in Belmont and happened to be introduced to Twisted Sugar by my friend Megan. The cookies you make are to die for. The coworker I went with echoed the same sentiments, as did the employees of the company we were visiting. To them it wasn’t a surprise because your quality was already well known to them, but for my coworker and I - we both agreed that we have never had such delicious and decadent cookies in our life. No one in northwest Indiana makes anything like that - can’t wait to have some more next time I’m in Belmont for work.“

“Always a pleasant experience at the Tropical Smoothie on 11318 N. Community House Rd in Ballantyne. Acai Bowls and Smoothies prepared accurately, and the workers are always working, and not just standing around like the TS on 4015 Corning Place near Mountain Island Lake. They are also very efficient. My primary go to is the one on N. Community House even if I have to go out of the way.“

“I like smoothie king but this bowl just wasn’t it. I tried one of the pitaya bowls. I didn’t even know what a pitaya was but the bowl was nasty. The peanut butter was unsweetened and tasted like liquid peanuts, the bowl started melting within 2 minutes of me trying to eat it in the car. The mangoes weren’t good. I’m skeptical to try the açaí after that but we’ll see.“

“Went here for the first time today and was super impressed. I wasn't sure what drink I wanted, but the staff were very accommodating! They asked me a list of questions to see what I would like and I ended up going wow. SO amazing! The boba was super soft and fresh. This will be my go-to drink from now on. If you haven't given boba a try, I'd definitely try this one.“
