“My husband and I have had the worst experience's while ordering from this location. We both feel very targeted and it's very obvious. There are flies always on the inside of the store on the different surfaces. The rating is a 97.0. The manager and another employee have been the main two making us feel like we are not welcomed in the store. They go so far as to talk about us very obviously when we're in the store. The customer service from those two is the worst I've had. I've been to other stores around the city and I've not had those problems. It's a shame that paying for items that are not inexpensive comes with uncleanliness, targeting, lack of customer service, and rudeness from employees including the manager. I can gladly spend my money somewhere I'm treated right since I go basically everyday.

Since the negative things that happened in the past in the past review, I have nothing but positivity about every aspect of this location. I'm there very often during the week, and I can honestly say that they go above and beyond to assist customer's needs, provide a clean welcoming atmosphere, and they make sure orders are correct. All while going above and beyond the call of duty. I look forward to going now, and I never leave without smiles and satisfaction. Special kudos to Beth, Lacey, and Zack and all the staff.“

“Always a pleasant experience at the Tropical Smoothie on 11318 N. Community House Rd in Ballantyne. Acai Bowls and Smoothies prepared accurately, and the workers are always working, and not just standing around like the TS on 4015 Corning Place near Mountain Island Lake. They are also very efficient. My primary go to is the one on N. Community House even if I have to go out of the way.“

However, I was in town and decided to get a smoothie. Upon walking, I was greeted by Carrie. She was professional and made you feel welcome. This wasn't the case with the previous staff, who were there every time I went. She took my order and made my favorite smoothie (Lemon Twist Strawberry).“

“I like this location. It seems their recipes are very consistent and it doesn’t depend on who is working. The teas taste great. I have tried other locations like the one on south blvd and that one always disappoints me. Their tea taste weird and it’s never consistent. Sometimes is too watery and not creamy, sometimes the bobas are too hard or bland etc. this fort mill locations seems to always have the tea taste very consistent and yummy. Definitely recommend this fort mill location.“

“I have to give a shout out to the young man working tonight.
I had to be “that” person and ask for my wrap to be remade because the moment I opened the wrapping my Cesar wrap fell open to. I simply was not able to easily eat my food as everything spilled out. I did ask for them to please rewrite and they made me a new wrap without any issue.
And kindly brought the new one to me at the table.
