Ordered online tonight for curbside service. Got food in good time. I was leaving parking lot and noticed it wasn't my name on ticket. I had wrong food. that food was for a black van, I drive a silver SUV. went back , called in and told them, they came out with my food and let me know they were out of gravy, I would have changed order had they told me on phone. Last trip told wait time was minutes, after an hour checked to see why still waiting, was told name was called twice, that was not true, we never heard our name, there were 6 of us in group and sure one of us would have heard it. Told the 2 young gentlemen at the check in desk we would be leaving , they did not say sorry or anything. I did a pick up order for the Chicken pot pie. It was very disappointing because it was filled with unpeeled white potatoes. Very little chicken. It tasted like a bad frozen pie. It was not representative of Cracker Barrel.
