We had a fantastic time at Costal Provisions celebrating the end of another stay at Wild Dunes Resort. Highly recommend dining here, whether you're a permanent or a temporary resident in Isle of Palms.
We ate at the outdoor patio for dinner. Very comfortable with overhead fans. Our waiter from Jamaica (Niryon) was terrific.
The risotto was over flavored with Tarrogon (no warning in menu) and had large hard peppercorns in it. The Faroese island salmon had a lovely crispy skin but a lot of dark fatty and strong flesh under it. The bread is amazing, maple apple salad and the fish soup special with saffron tomato broth were excellent. The short rib and gnocchi was very good but too much food. Our waiter was exceptionally efficient.
