We started with the Shuck and Savor experience. Chef Thalita Smith and Manager Sydney were amazing in explaining the oysters, the procurement process, and the wine in pairing with them. Overall, pleased with the late dinner. Nick was friendly, kind, and very courteous. The food runners didn’t really know which table food was supposed to go to — a concern given I told them about a food allergy. I ordered the shrimp app gluten free, which ultimately meant no bread substitute. ? Still, it was really delicious, flavorful, with just the right kick!
