The Refuge offers an incredible dining experience with outstanding food and exceptional service. The menu features fine dining options, including the popular Faroe Island Salmon, which is sustainably farmed and cooked to perfection. The "Steak Night" special is a highlight, and the Trigger Fish with Garlic Dill Buerre Blanc is also a must-try.
