Turkey, bacon, avocado, tomato, sprouts, herb cheese spread on whole wheat. Our number 1 seller. It's probably the 5th best sandwich in Charleston. The herb cheese is amazing.
Cowboy Chicken
Chicken, bacon, avocado, mixed greens, ranch on brioche. Our second best selling sandwich. Because i wanna be a cowboy baby! That was a nod to kid rock. Anyone 40 years old out there?
Chicken Salad
House made chicken salad with lettuce and tomato on toasted wheat. **Contains nuts**.
The Italian
Salami, ham, capicola, lettuce, tomato, onion, mozzarella, oil, vinegar, oregano, salt & pepper. Better than most Italian subs. It would make it up in NYC. Italy, i'm not sure.
Veggie Sammie
Herb cheese, tomato, cucumber, red onion, hummus, alfalfa sprouts, salt & pepper on sunflower multigrain. Most veggie lovers post about this on social media. It's that good.
The Masters
House-made egg salad, sprouts + tomatoes on whole wheat. My favorite sandwich. I eat this daily. It tastes like a recipe that has been handed down for generations. I just found it on Google, and it tastes great.
Tuna Salad
Tuna in balsamic + olive oil with dill + chili flakes, pickles, swiss, mayo, mustard, on whole wheat. It's not mayo based. Yes, you read that correctly.
Caprese Panini
Tomato, mozzarella, basil pesto with pinenuts, balsamic on sourdough. The staple for all college girls. Every one of them orders this. I have no idea why. It's amazing how many college girls order this. **Contains nuts**.
Cubano
The best baguette you will ever have. Then we add ham and chicken, house pickles, mustard and swiss. Pressed. Like smashed and pressed. It's perfect. Add mayo and you may see God or JC. It's that good.

Salads
Cobb Salad
Romaine, chicken breast, hard-boiled egg, bacon, tomato, avocado, and bleu cheese crumbles. Served with ranch dressing.
Greek Salad
Spinach, black olives, feta, red onions, cucumbers, roasted red peppers, and artichoke hearts. Served with a balsamic vinaigrette dressing.

Kiddos
Kid's Co-op Turkey/American Sammie
Turkey American cheese white bread. That's it. Nothing else. Do not even think about modifying this. We will ignore it.

Full sammy with grape jelly. Served on white bread. Don't order too many of these. The staff hates making these as it makes all the knives dirty and they have to rewash everything. You are parents. You get it.

Everything Bagel
Everything bagel with cream cheese. Boring. So boring. But so easy for us to make. We give you a container of cream cheese. We lost a customer because we no longer spread on the cream cheese. I'm glad as he's a prick.

Great spot on Kiawah for breakfast or lunch. Inside and outside seating options. Not the fastest, but the courtesy, attitude, and laidback atmosphere makes up for it. Read the whole menu and then make a choice because there are some sleepers. Iā€™d recommend coming back a few times so you can try several sandwiches and salads.

Love the California Turkey sandwich and, of course, the frose. While I've had the sandwich at the other locations, I've had the best ones here. In my experience, the Freshfields location is fresher! Also, I dig the peaceful vibe of this location. Staff at all locations have been great.

Happened to stop by while on vacation. Got the Cowboy Chicken sandwich and it did NOT disappoint. Texture is everything in a sandwich (to me at least), and this one nailed it. Perfect combination of soft and crunchy, the ranch and avocado brings everything together. I can see why this is a best seller. Would definitely get it again šŸ‘Œ
