“We visited for the first time a few weeks ago bc we saw a fb event titled, "Queer Crafting"! We arrived after the posted start time, and were surprised to see a full house of queer paper crafters and a Jeep enthusiast group too. In fact, there were so many people that the workers pulled a loveseat out from the back to give us a place to sit. The white roast was smoother, just as described by our barista. I preferred the dark roast with more coffee flavor. They have a nice selection of sugar-free syrups which I appreciated. We tried the bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich and both really liked it. We'll definitely be back.“
“I was greeted the second I came in. Everyone was so nice I even asked for recommendations and they were very helpful. The donuts are so so good best donut I’ve ever had to be honest. I came at a later time in the day and the donuts were still very fresh. The coffee was amazing as well. The place is very clean and decorated nicely! Would 100% come here again and many times more“
“I've heard lots about this little General store and the food that they sell and finally stopped in and never so happy that I did! I ordered the chicken salad with potato salad and it was the most delicious chicken salad I have ever had! The potato salad itself was truly on point! They offer single made dinners casserole type dinners that are already prepared that you can take home. They have an amazing array of hot dogs and different styles that look absolutely amazing. There is room to eat indoors and there's also a little soda shop that has ice cream that you can get as well. They sell local items like candles and things of that nature which smell amazing by the way! I'm sad to say I wish I had taken some pictures of the delicious food that I had but since I'm planning on going back for another delicious chicken salad sandwich I'll make sure to get pictures and post! Did I also mention that they have delicious pastries as well? If you're ever in the knightsville area go check out the knightsville General store you will truly enjoy your experience! For those tea lovers out there that might want to enjoy a little tea party for some young ladies or even for yourself, they have a quaint little tea room that sits right off of the main area at the general store. Their coffee selections are also great! The prices are reasonable for what they serve . If you get a chance to stop by they will be having an event that has the Easter Bunny coming to town!“
“This is my favorite hidden gem in Summerville! I love their pear and goat cheese salad and mushroom soup. My husband usually gets the brisket quesadilla. Every time we come here, the service is great. Around noon, they’re quite busy but they always ensure to get the food out in a timely manner. Overall I would definitely recommend!“

“I came in here for the first time today. I noticed that there were two different areas on the menu with shakes and I asked the difference. The woman working said that the ones on the left were monthly specials and the ones on the right were always available. I chose one of the monthly specials, Chocolate Covered Strawberry. It's just one day before Valentine's Day. I got my shake and it looked so cute. It had strawberry syrup swirled in the cup so it looked striped with the red syrup and the brown of the chocolate in the shake. She gave me whipped cream with red heart shaped sprinkles on top. How sweet. I loved the presentation. The woman working was very nice. The shake tastes good. I recommend.“

“Came for a Saturday brunch and had a great time. My fiancée and I both got the crab cake Benedict and it was delicious. I also had a spicy bloody mary that was great. Service was quick, atmosphere was great, and the food was great. No complaints and will be coming back!“

“What a wonderful place! They have delicious breakfast sandwiches and baked goods. The egg cheese and bacon on toast was buttery and scrumptious! We had the loaded tots which had a ton of fresh bacon chopped on top. They had pumpkin cinnamon rolls that were not super sweet, but had a lovely pumpkin flavor and really hit the spot. They also roast their own coffee and our Fall Harvest blend was just the right layer of cinnamon and spice without being too overt. I highly recommend popping in for coffee and something to eat - on top of the good food the staff is super friendly and helpful.“

“Stopped in around noon didn’t expect much just hoping to get a good cup of coffee. The drive through was quick and efficient the coffee I purchased was a butter bear and the honey golden latte. The butter bear was on point very tasty the price point is about average with other coffee shops I have visited staff and customer service was great. If you haven’t been here come out and give them a shot in my opinion better than the big chains.“

“Plan on making this a remote work spot! It was a great vibe with indoor and outdoor seating variety from couches and chairs, to bar stools. Layout was open but felt cozy and intimate at the same time. WiFi available for workspace. Plenty of pastry/dessert options and the coffee was good with lots of flavor options. Hours are convenient for work, or a quick unwind after work. We will be back.“
“Thank you very much for having us today at my daughter Elizabeth 4th Birthday party! Everyone and Mellow&Play Cafe were very helpful. We had a party at 10.00 am and were allowed to come earlier to do our decorations, even as I my guess the owner of the Cafe allowed us to put our big birth cake in their own fridge! Appreciated it! Girl batista was were kind and helpful and another one too when we came earlier to have a look inside. There is no better place for kids to have fun to play and for adults to relax.
