I went to Bojangles for two pieces dinner. I told them I would wait on some hot chicken. We'll, when the chicken came up, she waited on everyone before me and I was the first one wait. Bad customer service. Nasty attitude +
First time eating at a Bojangles. We stopped in for a quick breakfast biscuit and drink. Service places such as a fast food establishment should put people that talk clearly in the positions that have to deal with customers. We had difficulty placing our order due to the lady that was at the counter did not speak clearly. We got thru it. The biscuits were just OK. We were hoping for better due to the ad's we have been seeing but the food was not that.

General manager like talked trash about customers and then went on how people can't work these days. You don't want to bring your employees down talking in that manner. Food was good, service was somewhat fast. And the atmosphere was clean and calm.
