Rude staff too many kids getting paid to do no good work doesn’t matter what time of the day or night it is everyone is rude and 99% of the time the food is cold
I live in lancaster I go to the lancaster cook out, but the last two times (8-16 and 8-30) the young lady at the side widow never greets you only takes your card and hands you your food and close the window, also when you call. No one ever answers the phone. It’s like Applebees terrible service good food, but I am done never again, ps others have noted this as well
