“I hosted a teacher workshop at my work. We called to let them know there would be about 20 people coming from out of town and they wanted somewhere to go for a drink and possibly dinner if available. The owners were great and super accommodating. They made sure there was a food truck and they had music bingo this night. My group had a great time and said all kinds of great things! Thank you for an excellent time and a great experience for our out of town visitors. I loved it!“
“First time going to Roma based on recommendations and they did NOT disappoint. For one person..it is a bit expensive but..it is a top of the line Italian Restaurant and no place in Laurens County, SC can even come close.Parking…Roma’s is in the heart of the Laurens Square, there’s a lot of free parking near by most of which says 2 hr parking..no meters, so don’t know how they would possibly time it.Food..Eggplant Parm Dinner. It came with the salad and bread. Had 3 layers of Eggplant smothered in melted cheese over spaghetti. The sauce had a nice texture and you can tell it wasn’t jarred sauce.Service…They went above and beyond. So when I was there, there was an older woman who misjudged the step to the table area and she went down hard and I mean hard..sounded like a train wreck or a car came through the building. EVERYONE of the staff and customers went to help her…when I say everyone, I mean even the kitchen staff came out.Clean restaurant, clean bathrooms, they do have outside dining as well.Eggplant Parm dinner with tip came out to 25.“
“We were visiting in the area and had mult people recommend RootimentarySo we decided to try it for dinner one evening.glad we did! Everyone in our party had a steak and it was agreed that these were the best steaks we have ever had! The truffle fries are amazing, as well as the mashed potatoes and the grits. Our server was excellent and everyone there was so friendly! Wished we lived nearby so we could go back and try other items on the menu. We will definitely be eating here again if ever through this area again.“
