We have to call repeatedly for takeout, and usually end up just going in to order. Also, don’t ask for anything “special” on Friday, Saturday, or any type of game day. They’re “too busy” for just flats, or all drums. Which is wild, because it can’t take anymore time to pull out 8 drums vs 4 flats and 4 drums for the wing plate . Like, it’s Friday, or Saturday, or a game day, you should expect to be busy. Especially considering you’re one of like 3 sit-down restaurants in this area! They get away with it because of the limited number of restaurants in the area. Anywhere else, business would dwindle over time due to the worst customer service!

Husband took us here as we were traveling through because it had such great reviews. I don't see how. The pictures of the food looked great, but this restaurant is a catfish because what you see is not what you get. Everything that's fried all tastes the same, and you can tell it's cooked together. You could taste that the oil was old, and the only seasoning is salt, which they use incredibly too much of. My mouth stayed dry, and my cup stayed empty. It's been 4 hours since dinner, and I can still taste salt and oil, even after vigorous teeth brushing. The burger that my daughter got wasn't any better. She only ate a couple bites because the patty looked like it had gone through an incinerator and was a dry puck.

Food, service, staff and prices are great! 😍 The only issues I have are inadequate parking and seating. Wish this establishment was larger, had more booths, and had sufficient parking to accommodate couples and families.

Usually pretty good, but today the girl at the front desk had an attitude. She would not sit us despite available tables and people coming in behind us getting seated. My wife asked her about an available table. The girl said " I told you about 5 more minutes." That is an unacceptable attitude! There were four girls at the front desk just standing. Not sure what was going on today. These restaurants need a visible manager to correct these issues!

Food was good, would have been a better time but my company was a bit of a piggy about eating. The staff was great. Next time I'll bring more pleasant company.

I love this place,. I come to Lexington at least once a month to visit my daughter and granddaughter and son-in-law and I have to either either or go by and take pick some up to take home the wings are always awesome fresh. Staff is friendly. Food is always good, cooked fresh to order, , tenders are 2x the size as other wing places, I vote them over Zaxby's , hands down, every time.

Well, I dislike doing this, but accountability is a key value to me. My family and I have been coming to this Carolina Wings & Rib House for years. Today was an unexpected disappointment. While our food was excellent and our waitress was wonderful, per usual, the check came back incorrect. Once we noticed the total was higher than expected, we let our waitress know. She explained that the price of the menu item had increased, and that due to the inconsistency in menu and the number of changes that had been made in the past 6 months, the menus had not yet been changed. 6 months!

We contested that this was misleading. With the cost of living having increased, dining out is a luxury. One we indulge in rarely. When you order something, you expect to pay the listed price. We asked that the manager be spoken to in order to see if there was a way to rectify this issue. Our waitress went back to speak to him. She came back and said that she tried to explain the problem, but that he walked off. We could see from our seats he was not pleasant and was clearly “huffy.” He refused to speak to us, instead went back to manning the uncrowded bar and would not make eye contact.

We did not wish to make a scene, nor cause trouble for our waitress, so we left after paying for our meal. The previous conversations had been carried out quietly at our table. This was extremely disappointing and we are unsure if we will return due to the poor conduct of the manager and misrepresentation of the menu. While I realize in the grand scheme of things it’s just a meal, but I do believe that such behavior is unacceptable.

We enjoy the wings here, but that's if you can get them to answer the phone for takeout. Seeing other recent reviews, I guess they just don't like answering the phone. We spent our money elsewhere.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION! Spent 40 dollars for dry wings. Garlic parm wings are fried with cheap nasty tasting parm cheese sprinkled on top. Nothing like the good wings you get other places like D’s and Buffalo Wild Wings! Be warned! Drive someplace else to get your wings. You will be glad you did! We will NEVER eat here again!!! Gross 🤢

Don’t do it, Ethel! CW of Red Bank, you have always been my favorite because of your quality/quantity of food at great prices! Fried mushrooms are always the best but last night, instead of a mixture of L/M mushrooms with a few small ones thrown in, most were small (not as many) and at least a third of the serving was little bits of fried dough. (I wish I had taken a picture) Last I checked, fried crumbles is not on the appetizer menu. We brought it to the attention of the manager who acted like this was normal. Come on Red Bank CW, don’t go down the same road that every other restaurant is doing, lowering your quality and your quantity.

This place is a nightmare to deal with. The cooks are always awesome food is great. Waitresses and servers are awful everytime ive went. Diamond is the only reason i gave a 5 star review the five stars are for her not the restaraunt. I was hung up on 5 times after calling to place a to go order they wouldnt answer picked it up i could hear the customers then the waitress laugh because it was evident because she was louder than the crowd which meant whoever it was, was right at the phone then click. Diamond finally answered and i was able to place my order when i walked in the clerk i was standing in front of me looked right past me and asked if the guy behind me needed help. I slid over so he could get to the counter diamond then walked up and told her to ring me up. While there were other waitresses and staff hustling there were more standing around with no clue of what to do or how to work progressive with a positive outcome. But to diamond and the cooks. Yall are wonderful i love yall and to the other staff who actually had their stuff together and was hustling bravo. I give diamond the 5 stars and 1 star for the enviroment because i seen more bad than good but wanted to praise the good i seen.
