I got a biscuit to go but opened it in the car. It was barely warm & tasted stale. I'm certain it was due to be trashed based on time because I haven't had anything this poor tasting from CFA. Staff were kind enough to give me new biscuit but it wasn't a whole lot fresher. Drive through line was busy. People were waiting for orders to carry out. So it wasn't a slow time if business. While I waited, a couple of drive through orders came inside with order...

Sitting in line for almost 9 minutes waiting on the DoorDash order did not get acknowledge at all. I had to just about come out of character just to get acknowledged. Yes I am African-American and this is Lexington but there’s still no excuse to not understand customer service.
