if i could give a lower rating i would, i was served by a smaller young man who was abruptly rude to me and my family. his behavior was completely unprofessional i hope that nobody has to experience what i experienced.

sincerely the best subs i’ve tasted by far.

If I could give a -⭐️I absolutely would. I could go to the foodlion down the road and get there grab and go meat and put on this sub and it be better then them doing it. I paid for extra meat and only got literally 3 slices or shaved meat on the entiresub. (Again paid EXTRA for MORE!) Where's the management??? and why is there not a standard of quality control with this location?

Well corporate tried to give me 2 expired vouchers for small sandwiches to make up for 2 large sandwiches one gluten free that were made wrong and with nasty expired ingredients. The store would not accept these vouchers and now the person who gave them to me wants the original receipt number again. I'm sorry but I threw it out when I thought this was resolved. Bad enough I paid 50 dollars for 2 sandwiches we could not eat and they would only replace with 2 smalls. I will never go to any of these places and I will never recommend.

Called around 6 to cancel an order that was placed at the wrong location was told I would get a call back by the manager to confirm it was canceled. I didn’t so I called back at 8 and asked to speak with the manager. The manager was very rude when asking if my order was canceled as if she didn’t want to speak with me. Never been to this location before and based on this interaction I never will.

Refused service. Stated that they were closed. Your employees at this location at liars. At 7:30 pm we attempted to go in and place an order and the door was locked. The employees pointed and just laughed as they continued to clean. We then called and spoke with someone while still parked in front and told me the door was unlocked which is wasn't. Open sign was turned off as well. What a joke

Rebekah the general manager at the South Lake location went above and beyond for myself and 2 other teachers at Deerfield Elementary School. She drove her personal vehicle and used her gas to deliver an Uber eats order that I had issues receiving. I’ve NEVER experienced customer service at such a superior level. I told her that I didn’t need her to do it, and she insisted because she didn’t want our experience ruined. How extraordinary is that?! She inconvenienced HERSELF to own a problem that wasn’t even her’s! We were so grateful of her actions and I wanted to make sure I took time out of my day to express my gratitude to her.

My kids both had their regular size subs. The staff this time around was so much better! Very friendly and professional at what they were doing. They were still outrageously overpriced for 2 subs and 2 drinks!!!! Total of $25.00 and some change. Even the cashier said they were extremely expensive. Overall I'm glad that they were good at their job and nice, but the amount of money for what I ordered was way, way, way too much. I don't think I'll buy food from there again unless I hit the lottery and even then it's still way too much money for bread, some meat, some cheese and 3 condiments. 😕
