Just have to put this out there...this location always has good service. But to the employees working on Thursday August 28, kudos to you all. You'll know. Hahaha. I was mistakenly greeted I assume because of short hair. Happens to us all. I embarrassed the young man making sandwiches, on purpose. I must say, you've got a great group of young folks that handled it all very politely and professionally. As a regular restaurant reviewer, I definitely give them all 5 stars. As for the conversation after that- Hahaha!

This Lexington location has the best staff! The food is always great and fresh. Only reason I didn’t give a five star on the food is because they ditched the good pickles. But that wasn’t their choice, it was corporates decision. Love this place though!!!

After my experience today I will never visit this location again. They NEVER greet me when I come in only stare at me like I’m a foreign object. Never asked if I needed help as if I were just standing in line for fun. In walks a customer of European descent he was asked RIGHT AWAY how he could be helped!!!! This location needs a whole new staff and management. I hope this reaches corporate. Changes need to be made IMMEDIATELY!!!!

Can’t make sub correctly to save their life. Every time we order they screw up and give us white bread instead of parm.

They never get our bread right when we order online

They never make subs correctly when you aren’t standing inside watching over them. Don’t put orders in online bc they will mess them up every time.

TEN STARS! This location has always been consistent. The subs are hand heavy and perfectly coated with goodness. The staff is always nice and they are so organized and clean. Watch them while they work and you will see a difference. I drive out of my way to go to this location.

I got the BLT and asked for my bacon to be well done bc I like crispy bacon. Get home and this bacon looks like they just tossed in on the griddle for a few seconds. This is the messiest sub I have ever had the displeasure of trying to eat. My husband asked for onions on his sub and they didn't even put any on it. This was an online order and the place was dead so it's not like they were rushing bc they were busy. If you want a good sub, stay away from here and go to Publix.

I am not sure who completes the online orders but every single time I place one it is incorrect (maybe I should go in). They need to pay attention to detail (what's requested). I don't get everything I order but I am charged for it (guess I need to double check before leaving).

Sooooooo let me tell you…. SERENITY did what she was suppose to do !!!!! 🙌🏾 So I ordered a #9 GRILLED MW juice o/s . Hunny when I tell you that young lady made my sandwich with love and dedication I could’ve cried . I use to work at Jersey Mikes and honestly I’ve always been skeptical because I’ve always felt nobody would make my sandwich how I’ve always made it but BABY Ms. Serenity deserves a round of applause 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 i truly enjoyed the experience and most importantly my FOOD ! Thank you I will be back hopefully she’s there cause she will be my Go-to ❤️. Thank you love I truly appreciated the experience 💪🏾

This Jersey Mike's is terrible. I ordered from there today and one sandwich, a BLT, wasn't made right and was missing the jalapenos and mayo. The other one had five times as much lettuce as it did meat. Both sandwiches tasted off, as if there was something wrong. I've tried to call several times but no one ever answers the phone. I won't go back to this location.
I’m writing this paragraph a few years later, and this store has improved significantly. I don’t have a problem ordering sandwiches from this restaurant anymore, and I do recommend it.
