Today I ordered a large 2 topping pizza with extra cheese. I literally received 8 little pieces of Italian sausage and a few black olives which was the other topping. Not what I usually receive when I order this pizza. They skimped out on the toppings which is not how you keep your customers coming back.

Just had a large deluxe. Order taken by 0 mom. Been ordering from Marco's for decades. So for entrainment value mom 1,769 not 0. Someone is grumpy behind the counter. Bless your heart.

So tired of this location leaving things out on my order. This time I decided to call the store to ask for a simple refund since the salad I ordered costs $8. They wouldn't refund it. Only offer me a credit for a future order. No thanks. It's a matter of an ongoing issue and paying for something I didn't get. By the time I would go back to get it my pizza would be cold plus a waste of gas. Think it's time to try getting pizza somewhere else. You could have made this right. All I wanted was a simple refund for my salad.

On Halloween we order pizza for pick up . I placed the order about 4:30 for a 5:45 pick up when my husband went to pick it up the told him it would be 45 more minutes. It took a hour when they gave him the food he asked about our salad that was missing and they told him that they were out. When he got home with it was old pizza it was cold and gross. I called Marco's all I was told was they were busy. I tried to explain that was why i ordered it over a hour before pick up and offered to return it because it was not edible. They said they would refund it but 13 days later and no refund.

I have a gluten intolerance and mentioned it when I called in. A few minutes later the general manager called me himself to discuss it and make sure we were on the same page. That’s very rare in the food allergy world. I appreciate the care and concern!

Ordered food at 6:23 PM and was told 10 minutes and my order would be ready. My mistake was paying for the food peior to receiving it. I walked out with my order at 7:17 PM with no care or apology for the long wait. This was my first and last tine going to Marcos. The pizza seemed ok but i was only able to eat 1 slice. Wouldn't recommend this particular location.

This use to be my absolute favorite pizza joint. Had an issue a few months ago with delivery times not being even close to accurate so started ordering from other places. Tonight had my heart set on pineapple pizza and decided to give it another try. Placed order at 4:30 with rstimated delivery of 5pm. At 5:15 haven't heard anything so was like no problem maybe just busy. Called around 5:30 and get left on hold for 10 min to then be told my food just left. The girl offered a refund and I was placed on another hold for 15 min for her to return and said manager said no, i could return the food or accept it. At the 2 hour point manager gets on the phone, Brandon, to be so very rude and say, we're busy and it's corporates fault that we have no control over estimated delivery times. Tried to call corporate and of course there is not anyone at all to even leave a message for only option is to send an email. About 2.5 hours in food finally arrives, by this point who wants to order from somewhere else and wait, and guess what cold as ice. So basically got charged for crappy food and service. I'll never order from here again. So sick of these places taking my money and not providing the service they promise. I have to promise to pay your price I should get what I paid for.

This location use to be great. But lately it is horrible. Delivery estimates are never accurate. And I understand that it can vary, but it is up to 45 min later than told. That said, when the food arrives it is apparent it has sat a long time.

The mobile APP is also horrible. Hard to order on, tracking doesn’t work.
