I’ve found Panera to be overpriced for a while now, but today solidified that for me. I ordered at the drive thru and only wanted half a sandwich. The whole was like $9.99, the you pick 2 with the half was $6.99. I asked the boy if I could just order half a sandwich without getting a second item. He said yea I could do I figured at worst it would be the $6.99 price at best lower since I only got half a sandwich.

First time at Panera in a very long time and will be a very long time before I go back. went thru the drive-thru. when we ordered, we weren't asked what sides we wanted, but we saw on our receipt that an assumption was made. when we finally got our food 20+minutes after ordering, the bottom of the bag was soaked because the soup had spilled which I discovered after placing it on my lap and staining my clothes. oh and those sides they assumed we wanted....yeah, they forgot to put...read full review
