“Good Subway and pitt shop. The guy who is taking care of the orders is friendly. I took a cup of fresh Costa coffee. They have a number of coffee machines. Got tuna footlong with prov cheese and all toppings. Their wash room needs to be cleaned in a better way. Its a busy shop so I cannot blame them.“
“My wife and I travel from Prosperity to West Columbia 3 times a month for her cancer treatments at LMC. We prefer to travel by 378 instead of I 26. We also like to stop on the way home and pick up a sub from Subway. Until recently that forced us to have to travel I 26 and stop at the Subway store in Chapin. Until we found this store at Hendrix Crossing. We can now return by 378 and stop and get our subs at this shop and I must say it is a fantastic Subway store. They make a great sub with fresh bread, meat and vegetables! They make it easy to give them a 5 star rating.“
“Today I ordered 2 subs on the app for pickup. After picking them up and bringing them home, we realized neither of the subs had double meat as paid for. I returned to the location and spoke with the very understanding manager and prep person. I wanted to give them a chance to correct their mistake because we are all human and make mistakes. Both apologized several times and thanked me for giving them the opportunity to make things right. We always like this location and knew this was out of character from what we have experienced before. The redo of the subs were delicious and had the double meat we paid for. Great job. We will definitely continue using this location.“
“The Place is clean and nice and the service was incredible they were friendly and they had oregano unlike most other subways I've been too. They recommend what type of cheese when I realized they didn't have any Swiss which was a huge let down. Overall the sandwich was good and the service was amazing“

“I normally don't do reviews but this establishment deserves it. I have been visiting this location for months now. The employees know me and my husband's order and they start preparing it once they see our faces. They are friendly, always ready to make our meal and overall great energy. They already know that my order includes 2 warmed up cookies....last week I ordered online for the first time in this establishment and they recognized our order - KNEW who we were - and still warmed up my chocolate chip cookies. Talk about above and beyond. This is the only subway I go to because of their people and services. Employees here should get a raise - It's That Good ! ✨“
