“Got 2 battered fish filets. They were delicious, & the staff was very nice. My only complaint is that it cost over$7.00 for 2 fish filets. The same exact thing used to cost less than $4.00. Sorry, but unless you go down on the price, I won't be eating there again. Not everyone is going to fall for "that's just the way it is now". Um, no. You always have a choice.“

“Absolutely fabulous. Great portions, reasonable prices, and hot and fresh. I love their sauces. Don't skip the coleslaw or hush puppies! This is the second time we've been and both visits were surprisingly excellent. We often choose to go to the fancier spots in Camden, but this really ranks up there at the top! My only complaint would be the usage of so much styrofoam disposable stuff, but they bring it full of delicious food so it's really not much of a complaint . Way to go, happy to have this spot in Camden!“

“My wife & I met my sister & her husband for a late Sunday lunch at Flavors and we were all very pleased with the food & the service. Such nice, nice people & some of the best "home cookin" we've had in a long time. If we lived closer this would be our "go to" spot. Highly recommended. We had the fried chicken & fried fish. “We went here for our 30th anniversary tonight. We could not have been more pleased! The restaurant is beautiful, romantic, and cozy. Our server,Alana, was so friendly and efficient and really made sure we had everything we needed. I had the Kingston sirloin steak marinated with soy, ginger and pineapple and it was amazing! My husband had Shrimp and Grits and it was delicious! We had the Ultimate Chocolate Cake for dessert. It was wonderful! We highly recommend Sam Kendall’s for an unforgettable dining experience.“

“First time here and we loved it. The service was perfect and the food was delicious. Only thing I wasn’t happy about was that we made reservations for 6:30 and apparently there were a lot of walk ins so when we ordered the filet , they were out of the horseradish mashed potatoes and subbed it for French fries. They said they had run out. . It was early and we had made reservations. But the upside was the crabcake was amazing, no breading at all. The ambiance and decorations are woodsy and the view from the porch is amazing.“
