“As always , Empire is a really nice place to relax, have a drink and eat great New York style Italian food. Moderate prices, great menu selection and attentive service by knowledgeable servers.- I did subtract 1 star for atmosphere because with so many people enjoying themselves the restaurant becomes just a little bit too noisy!“

“It’s a cozy little restaurant that smells like a warm hug the minute you walk in. The food is delicious and taste like home cooking. The staff are so lovely. The place has a real family feel. I live taking my kids for a quick lunch or a dinner after an event in downtown York. I highly recommend it!“

“I placed a take out order and arrived at the restaurant a couple minutes later. The app said there was a 15 minute wait but the pizza was ready sooner than that. The staff was friendly and got my order right out to me. The food is always great.“
