Based on reviews, this Chick-fil-A has mixed service. Some employees are very professional, cheerful, respectful, and polite, going the second mile and pushing out orders fast and accurately. However, other experiences mention a bunch of teenagers standing around talking, with customers having to wait and ask for help. The drive-through sometimes gets orders wrong, missing condiments like ketchup, mayonnaise, and Chick-fil-A sauce, and napkins. The store is not well organized and needs management help desperately. There is a concern that the director is selfish and cheap and does not know employees. A customer also requested changing online DoorDash delivery times for lunch to start at 10:30am, not 10:00am. Despite these issues, the food was very good for a birthday celebration, and some employees are familiar with regulars.
