“It's been many years since having pizza hut, the quality of the food is just not the same anymore. The Young lady at the drive through window didn't seem happy to be working, forgot to give me part of my order so I had to return to the window a second time.“

“I ordered a pizza this evening, and due to a miscommunication between my husband and me, our pizza ended up sitting at the restaurant for well over an hour before anyone came to pick it up. Totally our fault. I called to apologize, explain what happened, and check to see if the pizza was still there. They checked and said it was, so I headed over to grab it. When I arrived, a gentleman (I’m assuming the manager) asked if I would like them to remake the pizza. I told him no because the mix-up was completely my fault. He said he wouldn’t be happy paying $25 for a cold pizza and insisted on making us a fresh one. I even offered to pay for the new pizza, but he said, “That’s not the type of business we run.” Within about 10 minutes, they had a fresh pizza ready for me and they still gave me the original one too. They absolutely didn’t have to do that, and the situation was entirely on us, but they went out of their way to make sure we left with good quality food. That kind of service really means a lot. “This evening my family went here for dinner. The hostess says you can sit wherever you want. We grab a seat and look to see what we are going to order. A waiter comes over and says the manager asked me to come over and tell you to move to a smaller table. Excuse me??? When I came in we were told to sit wherever. I tell you what, we moved right out the door. What a coward manager to have a server do your dirty work. I bet my money spent well elsewhere. I won’t ever go back. Customer service is everything and theirs is 0!!!“

“Stopped here today because we went to SCDMV nearby. Our first time here, the grilled chicken pita was AMAZING! It was clean, service was fast and friendly. My husband had the souvlaki he loved it. Meat was tender with no fat. Try it!“

“Yesterday, my family and I went to pi-Squared for my birthday. I have been eating healthy but wanted pizza so bad! 😂 The entire staff was so nice. They went above and beyond. They gave me a chocolate chip pizza, wrote Happy Birthday in icing and even came to our table to sing. It was so sweet! “A nondescript, strip shopping center pizza place, but I was in town at lunchtime and decided to give it a try. “The location in Spartanburg was so clean. The bathroom, tables and play area were also. The salad bar was full and clean. The pizza was hot and filling we had the personal pizza they are higher than other places but it was good. They have added a obstacle course for 12.00 the kids can play and jump as long as they want it is well worth the price. We went around 2 the kids had the run of the place it wasn't busy. It was so much fun and the staff are wonderful they answered all our questions and made sure the kids had a fun time. We will be going again this week. You will have a fun time at this location.“

“Today 5/30/26 we encountered the rudest group of individuals dining during lunch. They were being 100% disrespectful to the employee running the front area. I wish I had gotten her name but she handled the situation with complete grace. To those individuals, you should be ashamed for bringing your no home training to a public place.“

“Marco’s Pizza absolutely knocked it out of the park tonight. The pizzas were fresh, hot, and loaded with toppings. The pepperoni was perfectly crisped on the edges, the cheese pizza had great flavor, and the crust was baked just right with that buttery, seasoned finish Marco’s is known for.

Everything looked exactly like you hope pizza will look when you open the box. The order was accurate, the quality was excellent, and delivery was quick. You can tell care was put into making it.

Definitely one of the better pizza experiences we’ve had in a while. Great food, great service, and everybody at the table was happy. Highly recommend.“
