Bojangles is a restaurant known for its friendly and helpful employees who provide excellent customer service. The food, especially the chicken and seasoned fries, is a highlight. Recently, some customers noted that the staff, including employees like Samantha and Sky, work hard at the register, making food, and handling the drive-thru. However, there have been concerns about the manager being more focused on making biscuits than supporting the team. Despite occasional issues with drive-thru orders, including misunderstandings with the automated system, the service at the window has been praised as super helpful. Additionally, Bojangles' sweet tea continues to receive high praise. Visitors have also enjoyed the delicious sausage and egg biscuit, making their overall experience positive, especially for those trying Bojangles for the first time.
