High Tide boasts a comfortable, modern nautical atmosphere with a list of various menu items to serve most tastes. I ordered the Cajun Salmon Pasta. I took away two stars for the shrimp which was pretreated with preservatives making them chewy and tasteless. I also would have preferred this dish be served over cheesy grits (with a biscuit) rather than spaghetti, the salmon was delicious.
Very Nice Location, in the Beautiful Hilton Hotel. The crab beignets was delicious, the cajun salmon was very tasty. My friend had the gnocchi and sne ate every bite of her plate. Trying the red Velvet ice cream sandwich for dessert was a great treat to end an awesome dinner. Service was great as well.

Waited several minutes to be seated in an empty restataunt. Keep in mind, we has a reservation, we were the only people in line, and several staff members saw us standing there and did not acknowledge us. After being seated, we waited again. Once we were finally waited on in the empty restaurant, the service wasn't terrible, but not high quality either.
