This has to be the worst service in Mt. Pleasant. I’ve been stuck in the drive through line for over an hour (not an exaggeration). We finally had to call the restaurant to have them cancel orders and just help exit the line. I’ve tried it a few times but that’s it for me.
no one ever at counter. everything is alway out. takes way too long
Terrible!!! Had to order at a kiosk, out of apples, olive oil and green goddess dressing! The place was empty beside us 2 and another couple. While waiting I saw the gentleman walk by with a salad and then walk back to the counter with it saying he didn’t order a salad. That was my salad! I walked up and there and watched. They were NOT going to remake that salad that he just took to his table and then returned! I had to ask them to remake it, that I wasn’t accepting it!!...read full review
