You've lost my business for good and doing everything I can to deter any business from PJ. Had a case # from your corp office regarding issue from 12/30 and twice was told by corp I would hear from the local manager as well as corp to follow up only to not get any type of communication. Your local operations and lack of follow up as well as corp lack of follow up warrants my decision and influence. Was a fan, now gladly drive out of my way to not support you.
Ordered pizza on line and confirmation said it would be delivered between 4:55 and 5:00pm. Called the store at 5:35 to find out what has happened and was told by the manager that he should be on the way. When asked about what he would do if he was in this situation, he said order from somewhere else. I guess not even the management cares about customer service.
Driver finally arrived at 5:50
And the pizza was cold!!!
Pizza is always fresh and delicious! Favorite chain pizza by far.
