Sad to write This asked for light butter unwrapped foil and it was literally in a puddle showed guy at the counter who was cool , but the brown dude in kitchen could care less actually laughed , sad it’s come to this No Pride in finished product , walked out it’s nothing like NY
The bagels are fantastic, the customer service, not so much. I ordered 9 bagels and two containers of veggie cream cheese online for pickup. I arrived to pick up my order and the bag was stapled shut so confirmed the cream cheese was in there with the cashier and she insisted it was. Got home to my hungry guests, opened the bag and there was no cream cheese.
