There is always a cone in the drive thru to block it off, so I pull in to a spot to order. The screens never work and when I press the order button, I have to wait like 5 minutes before anyone takes my order. After I order, I usually end up waiting another 10 minutes. Also, it’s NEVER busy! I’m always either the only person there or one of like 3. Please tell me why it always takes so long??
I had a big order and the people messed it up after many repetitions and then the manager didn't want to fix their screw up..so my daughter and 2 sons did not get their fries with their order and I had already paid for the food and the manager had a big attitude...Will not ever stop there again.. do not recommend
