My husband and I had the most amazing experience with Jamey at the Mullins location. She was so nice and courteous with us. She also new that I was indecisive about what I wanted to drink and mada a suggestion for me and it was great. Thank you Jamie for your beautiful smile and pleasant personality. Keep be amazing.
I have been going to Cookout for years. Started in Fayetteville. Now having one close makes it even more convenient! Food is good. From their hot dogs to their BBQ with hot sauce and slaw, hamburger however you would want it, grilled onions even. Cook Out has friendly and efficient staff. The food is very inconsistent, sometimes great and other times not good. The Cajun Fries can be soggy and limp. However, the burgers are always great. The customer service is good, with staff being attentive and kind. The manager is patient and makes sure orders are correct. The ice cream/shake machine is sometimes "down". The food can be fresh and hot, and the environment is positive. Some items on the menu, like the quesadilla, are not recommended. Overall, Cook Out has great customer service, but the food can be inconsistent.
