They were making fresh pretzel bites and I asked if I could get fresh ones instead of the old and dry ones under the heat lamp. I was told no. They didn't give me an option to wait while they make some or anything just "no". The only option was pay full price for the old ones or just don't buy any. So I didn't buy any!
