We were impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of Daisy Dawkins, the individual supervising the operation within the restaurant. Ms. Dawkins immediately assisted when a cashier was unsure of how to process a coupon, was highly visible within the restaurant, and was a hands-on resource to facilitate a smooth operation within the store. Bojangles is fortunate to have an employee as motivated, efficient, and professional as Daisy.“

“This CFA is located in the middle part of the second floor, more towards concourse A. At morning when we went, they were serving breakfast menu. Line was moving super fast. Orders were being handed over even faster. Very impressive service. Food was good, authentic CFA quality chicken and fluffy biscuits.

But they don’t accept CFA app, CFA gift cards or Apple pay. Little inconvenient.

Parking: Due to the popularity of Chick-fil-A, it's sometimes difficult to find a parking space.

“Very friendly! We got our food very fast. Our food was great! Even gave us extra chick-fil-a sauce. Food came out nice and hot and chicken sandwiches nice and juicy and crispy.

“This location at 900 South Kings Highway is far superior to the Glenforest location which is less then 1 mile from my house. I will drive 23 minutes extra to come here 900 S Kings Hwy location anytime. This store is cleaner, staff is nicer and food much better and safer. I put in an online order and upon arrival 2 staff members greeted me and had my order ready in less than 2 minutes. This place is cleaner and the food is better.The Glenforest location should be closed down due to unsanitary and filthy conditions and the staff there are very rude and disrespectful. I also got horrible food poisoning at the Glenforest location.So my advice from experience: stay clear of the Glenforest location and visit 900 South Kings Highway instead. You will be very happy you did!“

Atmosphere was clean, tidy, and very presentable; even the bathrooms were spotless!

But the customer service was exceptional!!!

This is hands down the best run KFC franchise between Tampa, Fl, Atlanta, GA; up to Harrisonburg, VA and as far west as Dallas Texas!!!“

She sure was on her feet, never stopped for one minute,( never stopped cleaning tables, helping guests, and even took our plates when we finished eating). She deserves the world!!“
