“This is probably one of the fastest Dunkin's I've even been to. I love that, and they seem to know the exact recipe stirs when making coffee, lol. I've been to some and the taste was not the same. Or the iced coffee taste had not been consistent. Only thing I dislike is I wish all Dunkin would keep blueberry muffins at all times. Love this one better than the one closer to my house. Will return soon.“
“The staff is amazing and they greet all customers both entertaining the building as well through the drive thru saying Welcome to Duncan. My coffee is always good and if I ever have a problem, the staff apologizes and they redo my drink. Stop by and enjoy your coffee.“
“This was my first time coming here and I didn't know what kind of iced coffee I really wanted. I just know I wanted it sweet and good. Lol. The service was amazing and friendly. “I've been a 30+ years customer. A few times the service was disappointing, but still my go to place; there were 5-6 employees circled up while one employee was hustling. It was busy too. Pulled that employee to the side, commended him on the work he was doing, then tipped him a 20 and told him to keep up the great work.“
“I went through drive -thru this morning around 9:40am and ordered as “Nina” and the drive-thru worker on the headset that I ordered from was the coolest most joyful uplifting person ever. Made my entire day !! Person deserves a raise! Thanks to them for making my whole day!!!!“
“I won't say who the workers are, but two girls came outside and harassed me because I was parked in two parking spaces, and there was about a dozen or more spaces.All empty almost closing time and they told me I had to move after I bought coffee and I was sitting there drinking it,, i was always told the customer is always right, and i've spent thousands and thousands of dollars over the years at dunkin' donuts, and I will spend more at this one or I would have until now, so they lost a pretty good customer that they would have had. I hope the boss is happy that they need to net.Pick over something like that when I was sitting right in the car, if anybody came, they could park there.I wasn't gonna not move.I would let them park there and I would leave.It's not the end of the world, but they had to come.And give me a hard time about it.Because of some authoritative issue or something that they have about themselves.So anyway God bless us everyone😍“
“BEST DUNKIN. BEST SERVICE. BEST DRINKS. This was such a nice surprise. We did a mobile order for pick up. Walked in and were greeted immediately. The staff inside was so unbelievably friendly from the beginning. Our drinks were made to perfection, our food was correct and fresh. The staff even acknowledged my 1 year old daughter and made her night. She loved the ice cream! The crew working on 8/21 around 7pm needs all the credit and pay raises. They are the true definition of going above and beyond! This should be the pinnacle of Dunkin“
“New to the Market Common area, but not Dunk'n or the exceptional service i seem to find aimlessly at each one I go to here in MB. None the less, the employees that are working here in the morning hours are not only hustling, they are also very up eat and welcoming to customers. Nothing like getting a pick me up smile and greeting before you even place your order.

“This Dunkin is right by my house, me and my 2 year old daughter go occasionally and let me tell you the people are always so wonderful, they always smile and have a great attitude and even give my daughter stickers and make her feel included. I love this place!“
