Dunkin' Donuts in Myrtle Beach

“This is a stand-alone Dunkin (drive up or walk-up window). The staff does an amazing job, considering the logistics of this store. If Dunkin wants to continue these types of stores, they need 2 drive up lines like McDonalds and Chick Fil A. They need a line for coffee and donuts only and a line for food, etc. The back up and wait for a coffee and donut is unacceptable on the busiest days of the morning and weekend. Corporate needs to help this location's staff by creating better logistics for them. Staff needs praise for their patience and excellent customer service despite their situation.“

“Let's face it, nobody wants to get up and go to work. Especially on a Saturday. But today I went to somewhere different for my morning food run. From the person taking my payment to the one who handed me my food ,it was a excellent experience. Unlike most other places , whose employees act like they don't want to be there. Everyone had a smile on their face and my coffee and biscuits were excellent. Kudos to the manager for having such a great staff. It clearly reflects on them that she makes it a nice place to work. Thanks dunkin you made my day.“

“Went in this morning for a hot hazelnut coffee and boston creme donut and even though the drive thru was slammed and this place was booming with business, I was instantly greeted with a smile by 3 people right when I entered. The two staff (Calvin and Betty) who assisted me were enthusiastic and genuinely friendly. I received my order very quickly. I normally don’t go inside to order, but decided to because of how long the drive thru line was, and I am glad I did because the service that I got was so speedy! The inside was very clean and everyone was in a great, upbeat mood. I cannot say enough good things about this place and of how good I felt after leaving here because of how genuinely friendly and upbeat this staff was. Thanks, guys. Will return.“

“I've been a 30+ years customer. A few times the service was disappointing, but still my go to place; there were 5-6 employees circled up while one employee was hustling. It was busy too. Pulled that employee to the side, commended him on the work he was doing, then tipped him a 20 and told him to keep up the great work.“

“Vegetarian options: Almost everything just don't gey meat ....only 4 things on the meat where you cant take the meat out because that is how it comes.

Parking: Plenty of spots but in the summer it some times hard to find a spot.“

“This Dunkin has been my go-to for many years now and it’s always hit or miss (as Dunkin fanatics know). I like to play this game called ‘crack or creekwater’ (creekwater being bad watered down coffee and crack being delicious). Yesterday, I took my friend here on a pre-thrifting caffeine boost and we were pleasantly surprised by the crack we received! The drive through line was short and the coffee was good (as were the munchkins). Be nice to your local dunkin workers, they deserve it!!“
