Would love for franchise owner to msg me as i was insulted at your restaurant today. Your manager Jennifer called my 9 yr old a liar. One of the members in our party mentally ill, whereas she is a professional respected Physicians Assistant. Asked for the district manager number and the number is invalid. Ive never experienced anything like this.
We visited the location in Myrtle Beach SC. We ordered a meal that included an ice cream. A one flavor/scoop and one topping. We also had a 10% off coupon. When we presented the coupon, they turned around and charged the ice cream back to use. $4.69. Our kid got the same sort of meal, included an Ice cream, his ice cream remained off.
