My husband and I visited this KFC on 9/3/2020. I am pregnant and was craving KFC. We went through the drive-thru and ordered the 8 piece ORIGINAL RECIPE $20 fill up. The lady asked me would I be willing to switch to the Extra Crispy instead. I said no, thank you. she asked me would I do half and half. I said no, thank you. I do not like the extra Crispy kind. Angie the manager in my opinion is a racist. I say that from a couple comments she made. She did refuse a refund of $4.41 after I waited 20 minutes and it still wasn’t ready. Called the cops because I refused to leave without my refund. Lied and said I threatened to beat her up. I had my five year old daughter with me! Fight who🤷🏽♀️over $4.00?Why?
