The Library Restaurant Reviews
My wife snd I went with high expectations and a $15 off coupon about to expire. First, the restaurant is small and somewhat intimate which differs from many of the hugh factory type restaurants that frequent the Myrtle Beach area. The service was excellent until it wasn’t existent at all, just disappeared. The wine was fine. The she crab soup was very good even though I’m not sure why they put slivered almonds in it. The side dishes were OK. The salmon was just OK...read full review
Hands down the best dining experience we’ve ever had. Start to finish perfect. I don’t know how they pack so much flavor into everything, even the little steak bites but WOW, so good. The filet could be cut with a plastic butter knife if you needed to. Nice, quiet atmosphere. Just enough time between courses to allow you to really enjoy it. Christian was our server and was absolutely on it. I can’t think of a single thing that could be done better. Can’t wait to go again.
5⭐️ experience. We were gifted dinner here and fully enjoyed! Service, atmosphere, food all beyond expectations. Perfectly prepared Duck L’Orange, creamed spinach that is otherworldly and Cherries Jubilee flambé table side were all FABULOUS! Fine dining without pretension is the context for high quality, well rounded, casual luxury. Will be among our newly added repeats, as we frequent the area to review local dining and recreation.

The Library Restaurant offers a great dining experience with professional and attentive service. The food is outstanding, beautifully presented, and perfectly cooked. The setting creates a cozy atmosphere where the staff work hard to ensure a wonderful evening for the guests. Customers praise the exceptional service and delectable dishes, particularly the seafood and steak, making it a must-visit restaurant. The steak is so tender it can be cut with a regular knife. The ambiance is wonderful, quiet, calm, and elegant. The waiter provides a wonderful personality, being fun to talk with but not intrusive. Customers highly recommend the she crab soup, which is said to be the best. The steak poivre is superb. The halibut and chicken Chardonnay are also wonderful choices. Overall, the food is excellent, and the waitstaff goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience. The filet could be cut with a plastic butter knife. The piano bar is next door. The service was very nice- formal yet welcoming/friendly.
