Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Myrtle Beach

“So I ordered a blueberry bliss, while visiting with family I had hardly touched it in store. Took a few sips, and it was an excellent choice. I'm so happy with flavor choice. As I was saying goodbye to my family, I was the parking lot, and the whole bottom busted out, and I lost almost all of my smoothie. So, a worker by the name of Brian was actually outside at the time doing trash and had seen this incident happen. As I was approaching him with my broken cup, he was opening his closed trash bag, which at the time I didn't know. So I asked him if it was still open and if I could throw it away. He told me he was already working on it, let me throw it away, and then actually offered me a whole new smoothie and what flavor it was. He was so attentive, caring, and there for his customers and gave me an excellent experience at this store. He had his coworker Macy start on my smoothie while he finished helping with mess and trash, and I asked them their names so I could give them the review they both deserve. I'm so happy to see that there are still workers out there who love helping customersand told them both thank you so much for helping me out and going out of their way to make me a new one. Both deserve a raise. Excellent experience and what a delightful flavor choice it was. Thank you both again for all you do for your customers and tropical smoothie!!!

Kid-friendliness: Have choices picky kids would even enjoy, lol. It is also healthy for those looking out for diets and still have amazing flavors for these options. My kids love their banana/peanut butter sandwich.“

“Tough place to get into as far as driving. Drive thru is just as complicating as parking. The food is delicious, the music is pretty awesome, unfortunately the service is really slow. There’s no sense of urgency with the employees although they’re always polite.“
