We visited Brinkley's Chop House for Natasha's birthday on November 18th. We were warmly greeted upon entry, and there was even a "happy birthday" note waiting on our table when we arrived (nice touch!). The vibe was pretty energetic for a Tuesday evening, which was much appreciated. Celebrated my wife birthday at Brinkley's Chop House. Staff was pleasant and accommodating as soon as we entered the establishment. The ambience was quaint and you felt welcomed. The food presentation was eye appealing and everything was prepared to perfection. We will definitely be returning customers.
Steaks were cooked perfectly and served hot. Honey butter tasted like a refrigerator, and was too cold and hard. Would have preferred plain room temperature butter. Drinks were left in the shaker a bit too long, and were a bit watery. Server, Neil, was perfectly attentive. Overall, we would go back to Brinkley's.
