I had an extremely disappointing experience at your drive-through today.
I was asked to pull forward and wait for “fresh nuggets,” which I did. After waiting 12 minutes, I was then asked to leave the drive-through line and park instead. That was already frustrating, but when the food finally arrived it clearly was not fresh. The nuggets were not hot, and the fries were stiff and cold.
Waiting that long only to receive food that was neither fresh nor hot is unacceptable....read full review

It has always been my pleasure to go to Wendy's in N. Augusta! It was my first place of employment and the service is even more stellar now then before!
