It was very uncomfortable to eat when the restaurant is extremely HOT!!!! TRIED to celebrate my mom's birthday we couldn't be she was hot and uncomfortable..so we left early..Meanwhile her cake was melting!!!!! /

The food and service was really good.

For appetizers we had the calamari and the frog legs. For the main dish I had the seafood pasta. We will definitely be coming back.

My daughters and I came to this restaurant today after an appointment we had near. Food was great, atmosphere was great but most of all SERVICE FROM BRI was AMAZING!! She had great personality and was spot on with her service. Greatly appreciated your service BRI!!!!!!

Loved going to the Crab du Jour in Charlotte, NC it was one of the highlights of our week to go there. there was bingo night music trivia and the food was excellent always came out hot and perfectly seasoned with crab dujour sauce, clean bathrooms, nice location, great decor, nice staff. So dissaoponted with this location, itsunfortunate but it being connected to an dated mall is offputting and walking in the atmosphere was just not inviting the decor the staff, it was also quite empty which should have been a sign. The food wasnt fresh, felt thrown together, this location should def take notes from the Charlotte location. Consider new location, better trained staff and manager, and chef who loves what they do and better sanitation.

Food was hot and fresh! Cooked perfectly. Everything taste so good! Must try. Thank u Allen from the Bar for servicing us. He did a great job. Ask for Allen. He will not disappoint you. Great service from the beginning till the end.

We got 2 bags of seafood boil, sweet chili wings, clam chowder, 2 plates of the pasta..sooo good. Make sure the get the Seafood Pasta. Crawdads were big size. So worth getting an extra 1lb of it.

Overall service, atmosphere and food is 5/5.

But they can improve their bathrooms. Fyi, no a/c, no soap to wash your hands, the toilet was really bad and one was broken.

I ve lived in Charleston for 40 years amd I honestly must say this place has the best seafood on the low low!! Service was A 1 food was A+ ! Prices on the menu were very reasonable... quality of food actually deserved to be more money spent! If i had to make a suggestion for any improvements..... only thing I would say is make inside more bright as far as lighting l. Other than that I have no complaints. Will definitely be back

The service was great. Our server was attentive and helpful. And the food was delicious. We got calamari to start; it was served with a tasty sauce. Then for our main dishes we got a 1lb shrimp (head off bag) with plain garlic & butter and Cajun seasoning along with a shrimp Po' Boy and fries. Food was really good. Atmosphere was typical restaurant but it wasn't overly crowded or excessively loud; nice chill spot.

The steamed crab had no seasoning and our alcoholic drinks were made wrong with the cups with cracks in them.

Inside the mall, very dark inside. Took a few minutes to figure out where to seat 2 people in a booth.
Server never went over the menu, just pretty much asked what we wanted.
Food came out, no silverware, no bucket, or anything.
Crab legs were rubbery, very hard to break, they just bent.
I will go to a different place next time.

Over charged on CC. Manager unprofessional and not willing to refund.
