“Very friendly staff! I was pleasantly greeted and placed my order without any issues. Restaurant looked clean, tidy and organized. My fresh food was prepared without delay and met Five Guy's standard. The little fries cup is enough for two people.

He took the time to walk us through the menu, making sure we understood all the options, and his kindness and friendliness truly made the experience unforgettable. His warm, welcoming attitude made us feel right at home.

“I drove 15 minutes just to get Arbys. I was literally the only customer in the 20 minutes I was there. I ordered a Double beef and cheddar and asked for 4-5 Horsey sauces. I was pulled up to wait for fries. When I got home there were 0 sauces and the sandwich was tiny. Not even a single. On top of that, the fries were cold sooo...why was I even pulled forward. I waited for 16 minutes after paying. I can see why yall don't have any customers. Yall need to go ahead and shut it down.“

“I am a loyal chic fil a customer! I mean they are top notch compared to other fast food places and honestly the only place I eat when grabbing something quick. The professionalism, politeness, and quick service keeps this customer happy. However…..I do have a complaint. I wanted to start this off with a positive because while I never leave reviews, I feel like this complaint needs to be noted. The delivery app needs a serious update. How can I make a lunch order at 8:30AM with no issues and it be delivered when it says it will be, but if I make one at 9:30AM the lunch items are not available until 10:10?? Please make it make sense. I had to wait around until 10:10 to place a lunch order and was told by the app it would be delivered within 30 minutes at the most. Ok not an issue because my kids lunch isn’t until 11:00, so plenty of time to get there. It took an hour for this food to be delivered and the location is 5 minutes from there. That’s insane to me. When I called to speak to someone to see why my food was not in route yet, it took 6 times for someone to finally pick up the phone and Stacy assured me at 10:51 the food was on the way. Well 5 minutes later I get a text telling me the food was in route and John did not get there until 11:15. I get having to bs to keep customers from getting irate with you on the phone but obviously my order was forgotten about and this is a serious flaw in the app that needs to be addressed.“

“I almost always have a positive experience with the food at cookout. Occasionally, I might be slightly disappointed in the amount of fries or the amount of cheese bites, but I’m sure there’s a method to how they add portions and I’m always satisfied.
The only reason for dinging them would be that I often feel the pressure of being rushed. It’s always very challenging for me to hear at their drive-up speaker. I would say nearly most every time, the person on the other side of the speaker speaks very quickly, and I think they’re usually trying to do too many things at one time like hand food out the window while taking your order at the same time because they often ask you to repeat yourself. So that’s a little frustrating but even with that I still give Cook out positive reviews for my experience. I wish they would see this message and maybe train their folks a little better to slow down, speak clearly, and don’t make your customer feel pressured or rushed. We all know that fast food is fast food for a reason but clear communication is super important.“

“This place is not much to look at. But. The shrimp Po boy sub (add cheese) is killer. I know this is a chain. Ive only been to Charleston twice, but after the 1st time I couldn't stop thinking about this sammich. Just had it again and once more: 10/10. Friends eating other menu items here were less enthusiastic, but everyone loved this po boy. Fries were good too.“

“Today, I tried the Hook and Ladder. It was so delicious. The bread crust was crusty outside and soft inside. Cooked to perfection. Everything was so fresh. We did not have to wait long on our orders. Customer service was excellent.“

“We visited Nick’s Gyros and Phillys because they offer halal options and have late hours, which was perfect for us. We ordered a variety of dishes including the lamb platter, shawarma, falafel, cheeseburger, beef kofta platter, hummus, and babaganuj. Everything tasted great, but the lamb is especially recommended. One suggestion for improvement would be to add more sauce to the shawarma to enhance the flavor even more.
