Friendly customer service. Food was "Oh My Jesus" perfect. Everything tasted like an old school grandma put her foot in it meaning I died, went to heaven, high five God and came back. The service was absolutely wonderful. They speak to you like you're a cousin or sister or brother. The helpings were heavy handed just lime we love it here in Charleston. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.
I ate at Sunny Soul Eatery for the first time a few days ago. I had the fried shrimp and whiting combo. It came with 6 shrimp, 2 pieces of whiting, fries and a few hush puppies. The batter on the fish was light but still a little crunchy and the shrimp were seasoned to perfection!!! I can't say enough about the fried shrimp. They were plump, crunchy and so delicious. I loved the new Garlic Crabs they offer. The Seafood rice was absolutely amazing I couldn't get enough. This little getaway restaurant was absolutely what I needed. Great food and Allen was an amazing host
