“Please, please, please read this. We love this place. The food is delicious and healthy! However, significant changes need to be made on how you are staffing your store. I placed an online order at 4:30 to pick up at 5:15 and still didn’t leave until 5:30. There were only 2 employees there trying to fulfill a massive influx in online orders. Please know your location is near an aquatic center that has swim meets on a regular basis. Know when those meets are and staff accordingly. The two women working tonight were amazing and really trying their best to keep up. I can’t imagine how many employees you may have already lost from them burning out on lack of support from management and how much extra you have had to spend on new onboarding and training. Help yourself and give your employees the support they need. It was sad to see the stress they had trying to keep up.“

But service was very slow, and I think I heard the cook heavily sigh multiple times and was annoyed with his job lol - took a really long time for a smoothie and wrap - will definitely be back because the jerk chicken wrap was delicious and smoothie was perfect but service needs to be better !“
