Southern Smoothies is a really little place perfect for takeout ice cream and smoothies. The smoothies are definitely made with real fruit, and everything tastes fresh and delicious. There is a wide variety of combos and some really yummy food options, too, including açaí bowls, hot breakfast sandwiches, pancake bowls, iced lattes, and bobas. The dragon fruit bowl is amazing, and the mango boba is yummy. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and super nice, with a great memory for orders. The owner treats staff like family, patiently teaching and being respectful and kind. This quaint little shop is in a row of cute boutique shops not a far walk from the beach, right off the street where you can walk in from anywhere. Highly recommend for both the quality of the drinks and the awesome customer service.
