“So, here's the thing. I was overtired and not making any sense when I placed my order in the drive thru. (I wanted a meal plain with just bacon and cheese).Of course, it was wrong. The difference is, I went inside and the sweet little girl at the checkout and the fella with the gold grill apologized profusely. I explained that not only was I not mad, but that it was my fault for not being clear when I ordered. They had a new burger ready in no time and it was delicious! The gentleman even opened the door for me and thanked me for being nice about things. Makes me wonder how others act if an order is a little wrong? The fact is, accidents happen. It's how you handle them when they do. This team went above and beyond. I am beyond impressed and will most definitely be back!“

“One of the cleaner BK's I have been to recently. Signs in front door apologize for short staff \u0026 possible slow service, but this place was faster in preparing our 3 orders than most fast food restaurants I visit. Lady working counter \u0026 drive through was super pleasant/nice. Between the speed of service, nice demeanor, clean restaurant \u0026 good food this is one of the best BK's I've been to.“

“OMG, my high school bands visit to the Okatie Zaxby's was just superb. I took at 65 band students to the restaurant and Gabriel and his crew were so welcoming. Fredricka and the other young lady took our orders with patience and professionalism. They took the time to make sure orders were correct and names were spelled correctly. The workers in the back did not slow the process down at all. Our food was hot and fresh and not one had to be done over or was missing anything. Even our bus driver commented that you guys were in and out today. Bravo to Gabriel and the entire staff that worked during the Battery Creek Bands visit. We WILL be coming back. Thanks again.“

“The food was good. I had an issue with the shaved ice. I was craving ice (and hot) I asked the young lady do you have shaved ice plain, she said yes. I had someone pick it up and it was coconut flavor I specifically asked if you have plain ice, no sugar and no flavored syrup bc it’s too much. She asked they said yes <~and I let her know I would pay for it as a large drink. They lied and took my $4.38. I threw it away when I got it.“

“The young man at the drive thru window was very kind and patient. It wasn't busy, but he still greeted me, confirmed my order, smiled and thanked me and invited me back. The food was hot and delicious, and the milkshake was very tasty. 5/5 stars definitely.

“Five guys are experts in burger and fries. I have never received a subpar meal from them and it is always enjoyable and tastes amazing every time. I have never gotten a shake from any location but I'll try it next time I'm around. Great people, fair prices, fantastic food. Will be a favorite wherever I live.“
