“Todd from SBHs was the first person to get back to me after I made several catering inquiries online. He called me, personally, later the same day. He took my request over the phone, encouraged me to use his cell phone for any questions, and sent me an estimate within a couple of hours. When I texted with questions or changes, he got back to me within the hour. It was a small party, less than 50, so we picked up the food ourselves and he provided the chafing dishes and Sternos. Food was ready as promised, and it was delicious!! We ordered the brisket, pulled pork and chicken, Mac and cheese and collards. Our guests were very happy and so were we! Thanks, Todd, for the great experience!”

“Holmes Hotdogs and catering may be the best local restaurant you could ever have the pleasure of visiting. I first came here over a year ago and I knew then it was something special. If I had a friend from another country visiting, and I could choose one place to show them a true slice of what America should be, I would take them here without a second thought. Holmes has a small menu, and I believe it is perfect. Because of their small menu, I believe they are able to assure every single item on it is made with quality and care. They recently added a new item, the bird dog, to their menu. The bird dog features a chicken tender, pickles, and honey mustard on a hot dog bun. I thought the bird dog was incredible, and I'll be sure to get it again with onions next time. I would personally recommend their chicken sandwich, which is always piping hot and made to order, and their sausage dogs, which I personally believe are their standout menu items, especially with sauerkraut and onions topping them. Holmes has an atmosphere unlike any other restaurants I've ever been in, you can tell the owner and employees truly care about not just the quality of their food and service, but also the wellbeing of their community. I've never felt like I don't belong when I walk into Holmes. I've wrote all of this without even mentioning their incredible prices, which are comparable to other local locations, however the quality of the food, service, and everything else about Holmes is what makes this location worth so much more than any other in the area. Out of anything I've ever reviewed, Holmes has worked the hardest and consistently proved their 5 star rating, and I have no doubt if I reviewed them in another year, they would continue to hold it.”

“the waitress Tina needs another job cause being a waitress isn't the job for her she DROPPED 2 boxes on floor behind me she could have sat them down instead she rushed us to order never came back and asked us if we needed coffee had to get up 2 times to get more when she cleared a table of it's dishes she dropped them down on other dishes so that was very loud also she was right at my table and didn't even look my way then when we was waiting to pay in line instead of saying excuse me sir she once again was rude saying "you need to move" so I could complain about the food also but I'll jus complain about "Tina" the waitress. bad service can ruin the whole experience of eating here never going to waste my money or time again the rest of staff was great though..put Tina to doing dishes in the back so others don't have to experience her being disrespectful”

“It was a 25 minute drive, but it was worth every mile. Very friendly people, family owned. Had the pleasure of speaking with the owner and his daughter. The food was amazing, it was prepared by his lovely wife. I had a shrimp platter and a hotdog with chili.. Normally I put ketchup on my hotdog, but this hotdog did not need any extra topping. I highly recommend 💚”

“Me and my husband had our first date here about 4 years ago and since then, it’s been our go to place anytime we want sushi. It is well prepared, delicious and amazing every single time. The sushi is the main thing we get every time, but the hibachi and bento boxes are also delicious. Never been disappointed and don’t think we’ll ever go anywhere else for our sushi fix.”

We were not dressed fancy and had our kids in tow and they were still incredibly kind and the food was hot, delicious, fresh, and the best part of the last week vacation we’ve had. “We love going here! I also love that one of the ladies made my mama some very fine grounded up beef for her to have since my mama has a tracheostomy and it's hard for her to eat meat anymore. My mama said it was wonderful and she ate every bite! It's been a long time my mama has had meat besides fish!”
